Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Hey everyone!

Here’s a quick and easy, on the go snack perfect for the chocolate peanut butter lover in you!


  • 1.5 cups Oats
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce or honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops of protein powder of choice


  1.  In a bowl add in the oats, peanut butter, apple sauce or honey, protein powder,cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  2.  Use those muscles and MIX! It may take a moment for the batter to come together as you mix so don’t worry if it seems a little too thick at first. It will come together as you continue to mix it.
  3. Here comes the fun part! scoop a small bit of the batter out, roll it in to a ball and put it into container.
  4. Once you finish, place the container into the fridge or freezer.
