Adam Prokaziuk, Registered Physiotherapist

I love my job because:

I get to meet interesting people from all walks of life on a daily basis, each of whom has their own story to tell. I have the privilege of being able to empower others and help them achieve their goals – it doesn’t get much more rewarding than that.

See me if:

There’s something that’s been holding you back or preventing you from doing the things you love to do* (*within reason of course ☺). This could be as a result of many different issues, including pain, deconditioning, or post-operative procedures, to name a few. I like to tailor my assessments and treatments specifically to you – everyone is unique and deserves an approach best suited to them to get to the root of the problem. I have a special interest in combining Manual Therapy with strength and conditioning training to treat clients from all ends of the spectrum, ranging from high performance athletes to geriatric populations.

I believe:

That the most successful outcomes are a product of solid collaboration between the therapist and the client. Staying on the same page together, tweaking and evolving our treatment plan as we progress though rehab, and always keeping an honest line of communication between us will help ensure that you leave the clinic a satisfied and happy customer!
