Josée Bélanger, Registered Physiotherapist

I love my job because:

I love being able to help transform people’s lives! I find gratitude in giving people the tools they need to take control and get back to doing the things they love in life. I have always been passionate about health and wellness, and there are so many opportunities in this profession to improve your knowledge and skills to better help people.

See me if:

Your goal is to decrease pain, improve mobility, strength & function. I take the time to really listen to your concerns and work with you towards a solution. I believe in the importance of establishing trust & respect with each of my clients in order to maximize treatment outcomes.

The direction of my interests include pelvic floor physiotherapy and chronic pain management, which I plan to further my knowledge of by taking continued-education courses in the near future!

I believe:

I am a strong believer in treating the person and not the injury. Everyone is different so each treatment plan must be tailored to their specific needs. I also believe that there are so many therapeutic benefits to exercise, both physically & mentally. Our bodies love to move, and our health truly depends on it!
