I love my job because:

There is always something to learn in the physiotherapy world. Completing physiotherapy school gives you the tools to start assessing and treating a variety of conditions, however it’s the post-graduate courses that help us treat people with utmost efficiency. I am constantly scoping out the next course that will better enable me to help my clients. The more I learn the more I love my job as it helps me help clients reach their goals faster.

I especially love working with endurance athletes. I enjoy running, cycling, cross country skiing, canoeing, swimming and rowing. I have an extensive background in both recreational and competitive sports. I feel because of this background I am better able to understand and treat those who have sports related injuries.

See me if:

You are eager to take an active role in your rehabilitation. I love working with people who are motivated and willing to make adjustments to their daily routine to help live a more pain free and active lifestyle. This may involve working hard to change a stubborn postural habit or addressing tight and/or weak spots that we find during the assessment. Either way I will work hard to help you move more efficiently and with less pain, however it will take a lot of focus and work on your part too!

I believe:

That the answer to any injury is rarely 100% rest! We can work together to keep your cardiovascular system strong while speeding up your recovery so you can get back to what you love doing as fast as is safely possible.
