I love my job because:

I love being able to provide clients and patients with the essential skills and tools to allow them to live their best, healthiest, and most comfortable lives.  I love coaching people into being the best version of themselves that they can be. I feel accomplished when I help people reach their goals whether that be fitness, nutritional, rehabilitation, or movement.  Being given the opportunities to the best health and wellness practitioners in the city allows me to learn while providing the greatest wellness services possible to those who need it.

I possess a wide variety of skills and specialities within the health and fitness fields.  Whether you are looking for help with injury prevention/rehabilitation exercises, a relaxing stretch session or in search of a high intensity strength program, I feel extremely confident that I construct the most individualized program that will meet your personal needs and goals.

Over the past 4 years I have also branched out to work more closely with golfers.  Whether you are an avid golfer or a beginner, I can provide you with the appropriate fitness routine that will allow you to work on your mobility, stability, strength, and power.  I am also passionate about helping people develop their best swing through swing coaching. As a true student of the game, playing over 20 years now, I have become obsessed with helping others unlock their true potential on the golf course.

I believe:

I believe that everyone has their own blueprint.  What works for one person may not work for another.  Individualized programming becomes so critical to allow people to become successful when working to achieve their goals.  I also believe that movement and exercise is the best medicine. It will put anyone in a better place physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Working in an environment where clients have access to all these different practitioners who have the same beliefs with health and wellness allows increases the likelihood of improvement and success in the lifestyle choices.

  • Level 2 Golf Swing Professional – Titleist Performance Institute
  • Crossfit Level 2 Coach
  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist – NSCA
