Registered Massage Therapist
Loves to treat: Chronic or persistent pain, acute injuries
Treats using: Joint mobilizations, fascial and fluid techniques, as well as incorporating exercise and movement!
I love my job because:
I am able to interact with a diverse group of people and I have the chance to make them feel better through massage and movement. I started as a Registered Kinesiologist and felt the need to do more for my clients and I knew becoming a Registered Massage Therapist was the next step in my career.
See me if:
You have chronic pain or persistent pain and would like relief. If activities of daily living are becoming difficult to complete. If you’re interested in adding movement into your massage therapy treatment as well, or if you would like to add physical activity to your daily life. Furthermore, if you are going through pre- or post-surgery rehabilitation and need help in gaining strength and movement to get you back to your activities of daily living, I’m the person to see!
That movement is power. The ability to add movement into massage is incredibly important and to shift the idea of massage from solely relaxation to a form of rehabilitation and relaxation.
