I love my job because:
Massage is my calling. I’ve seen massage allow people to regain movement in joints that have been stiff for years, and shed pain they had been carrying for too long. The connection between the mind and body and the ways that it manifests in every person has always been fascinating to me. I love finding the root cause of a chronic injury, unraveling trauma through tissue release, and designing comprehensive strategies to eliminate muscle pain. My shelves are full of books about manual therapies and I look at each session with a client as an opportunity to put what I’m learning to work.
See me if:
You’ve given up hope, and are tired of pills;
You want to sleep without waking in the middle of the night with pain;
You want to wake up tomorrow and know that you are on the path to healing.
If something just doesn’t feel right in your body and you are ready to commit, then I can help you become pain free. Each of my sessions not only focus on therapeutic massage but also helping you to understand the root cause of your pain. I treat all types of injuries, but specialize in lower back pain, wrist & neck pain, TM J, headaches, and those suffering from trauma.
That when we can stand upright we can live our life more fully. I believe that when we have good mobility and can move without pain then we can dive into the activities that make us most happy. When we invest in ourselves and our health then we live longer and feel more alive while we are here. I feel incredibly grateful that I get to help clients achieve this through my work.
