Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Hey everyone!
Here’s a quick and easy, on the go snack perfect for the chocolate peanut butter lover in you!
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Oats
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce or honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops of protein powder of choice
Instructions
- In a bowl add in the oats, peanut butter, apple sauce or honey, protein powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- Use those muscles and MIX! It may take a moment for the batter to come together as you mix so don’t worry if it seems a little too thick at first. It will come together as you continue to mix it.
- Here comes the fun part! scoop a small bit of the batter out, roll it in to a ball and put it into container.
- Once you finish, place the container into the fridge or freezer.
