Loves to treat: pre and postnatal, infants, pelvic health
I love my job because:
Ever since I was a young child dancing competitively, I knew that I wanted to become a physiotherapist. Now that I have become one, I couldn’t be happier with my choice of profession. I love being able to work one on one with people of all walks of life, to be able to assist them in reaching their physical goals.
See me if:
As a predominantly pelvic floor physiotherapist I know that pelvic floor concerns are not strictly related to having a baby or being older in age. All genders and ages can experience pelvic health concerns. Bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse are all common and can be treated with pelvic floor physiotherapy.
I would love to work with you throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. I can help you recover and return to all of your physical activities postpartum. I regularly work with babies on their oral functions related to feeding, gross motor milestones, and any asymmetries such as torticollis or plagiocephaly.
What I do for fun:
Strength training, running, gardening, home renovations, crafting/sewing, baking sourdough bread, and cooking delicious meals.
