Dr. Sadie Laronde is a down-to-earth chiropractor who has seen and experienced the immense benefits that chiropractic can offer. She is inspired every day by her patients’ capacity to change their lives when working towards a better functioning nervous system.
Dr. Sadie went to Western University where she completed her Honours of Kinesiology bachelor’s degree. After a summer traveling Europe, she went to the New Zealand College of Chiropractic to complete her chiropractic education in 2021.
During her studies, she was involved in technique clubs and public speaking competitions, and was a leader in campus lifestyle.
She has since competed in the national public business pitch event for indigenous entrepreneurs and placed first in her field, making it to the finals. Dr. Sadie is especially happy to help BIPOC folk achieve better health through their body’s
natural ability to heal.
Her perspective on care is to provide gentle, specific care for the body so the nervous system can function at its best. Dr. Sadie achieves this by understanding the goals and needs of each person and tailoring the approach based on the commitment and interests of the person.
The techniques she uses are: Diversified, Thompson, Webster (pre-natal), Upper Cervical, Activator, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), and Cranial Adjusting with Sacral-Occiptal Technique (SOT).
Professionally, Dr. Sadie ensures the best patient outcomes by researching her cases and working alongside other healthcare professionals. She has had great success working with postural stress, athletes, geriatric, CPTSD, paediatric and prenatal populations.
She believes that at its core, the body is designed to move and communicate with us effectively, our modern life can inhibit this natural ability!
Dr. Sadie loves yoga, weight lifting, volleyball, and long hikes. She will be a yoga teacher later this year in 2024. In her free time, she enjoys playing board games, cooking big meals with friends and family, going to concerts, and learning about what it means to be human.
